Loft conversion with terrace extension in Frankfurt

Work began with the careful creation and planning of the new floor plan, making optimum use of the existing roof areas. The installation of new window elements and external blinds ensured optimal lighting conditions and contemporary living comfort. Wall breakthroughs were made with precisely fitted steel beams to create generous room layouts.

The loft conversion led to an enormous increase in living space and a significant upgrade of the property.
