We are looking for a creative architect (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

In this role, you will carry out all phases of architectural work, including planning, design and construction supervision. As an architect, you will be involved in new buildings, extensions, conversions, restorations and refurbishments from inception to completion. Your aim is to meet the client's needs and create sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Individual, holistic planning of demanding projects, depending on previous experience in the product areas of office real estate and hospital buildings,
Comprehensive needs analysis and basic determination with our customers
Creative and independent implementation of customer requirements in an architectural design based on Archicad.
Presentation of the design to the customer
Building submission to the authorities
Monitoring the project
On-site visits to check the project status and report on the project
Processing of the planning phases in accordance with HOAI LP 1-5
Coordination and coordination with clients, authorities, specialist engineers and all internal contacts.

Successfully completed studies in architecture
Professional experience in the design, approval and implementation planning of corresponding building types desirable
Very good knowledge of CAD, graphics and presentation programs - ideally in the Archicad system
Experience in working with MS Office and agile working methods
Visual awareness and an eye for detail
Communication and project management skills
Ability to work in a team as well as an independent, quality and results-oriented way of working
Creativity, architectural understanding, strong argumentation and presentation skills as well as high customer orientation
