We are looking for a reliable Site Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all processes on the construction site. From planning to acceptance, you will oversee the entire construction project and ensure that all construction work is carried out properly.
Tasks:
- Supervision and handling of construction projects from planning to completion
- Detailed project review to schedule the results and estimate the costs
- Supervision of all on-site and off-site work to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinating and instructing construction workers and subcontractors
- Selecting tools, materials and equipment and monitoring stock levels
- Compliance with the contractual performance conditions
- Daily review of work progress
- Creating internal and external reports on the status of the work
- Advance planning to avoid problems and resolve any problems that arise
- Negotiating contract terms, drafting contracts and obtaining permits and licenses
- Analysis, management and mitigation of risks
- Ensuring construction quality standards and using suitable construction techniques
Requirements:
- Proven professional experience in the field of construction management
- Advanced knowledge of processes, means and methods in construction management
- Specialist knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Understanding all facets of the construction process
- Familiarity with construction management software packages
- Ability to plan and keep an eye on the "big picture"
- Competence in conflict and crisis management
- Leadership and personnel management skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
