Sales Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a qualified Sales Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

As a qualified sales manager, you are responsible for coordinating the company's sales activities. You will design concepts and develop sales strategies to achieve the sales and company targets.
Tasks:

• Strategic sales planning: Development of a sales strategy to increase the customer base and expand global reach.
• Building customer relationships: Meeting potential customers and building long-term relationships.
• Team management: Professional and disciplinary management of the sales team.
• Quality orientation: Focus on the highest quality and responsible treatment of people and the environment.

Requirements:

• Degree or comparable qualification in sales or construction.
• Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the construction industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and team leadership skills.
• A spirit of innovation and a holistic approach to interior design.
• Good time and resource planning.
