Early neurological rehabilitation in Seligenstadt: Complex refurbishment during ongoing clinic operations

The Asklepios Klinik Seligenstadt recently opened a state-of-the-art ward for early neurological rehabilitation. As the general contractor, we carried out the complete refurbishment of the new specialist ward in less than 500 days, creating a ward that did not exist in this form before. The challenge was that all the work had to be carried out while the clinic was still in operation.

From basic demolition work to the redesign of the electrical infrastructure with modern data technology and new sanitary facilities, the project included the complete modernization of all trades. We paid particular attention to barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible design with a large radius of movement.

The new ward meets all modern requirements for early neurological rehabilitation and offers patients a professional atmosphere for specialized treatment.
