Modernization project at the Seligenstadt clinic

The refurbishment measures began with the complete dismantling of the existing facilities. Old floor coverings, sanitary facilities, existing supply rails and all furniture were dismantled and disposed of professionally. A key part of the project was the construction of new functional drywalls with embedded supply rails, which significantly optimized the medical technology supply.

When it came to the technical infrastructure, we focused on quality and future-proofing: the entire electrical cabling was renewed and modern nurse call systems and fire protection technology were installed. The wet areas were fitted with high-quality tiles on the walls and floors as well as modern sanitary facilities in accordance with the latest hygiene standards. To ensure a uniform appearance, we carried out painting work on all built-in cupboards and door frames. The new floor coverings with skirting boards and the practical wall protection complete the overall picture. All wall surfaces and ceilings were given a fresh coat of paint to create a bright and friendly atmosphere.

The result of the modernization are completely renovated patient rooms that meet the highest functional and aesthetic standards. A particular highlight is the specially designed pre-wall installation with integrated supply rail, which enables flexible and efficient medical care. The renovated rooms create a healing environment for patients and optimum working conditions for staff - in line with the client's wishes and expectations.
