The project began with extensive demolition work, during which the floors, plumbing fixtures, and existing ceiling were professionally removed. One particularly challenging task was widening the doorway to the doctor’s office: the wall opening was enlarged, the jambs were reinforced, and the floor was then professionally finished.

As part of the interior renovation, chore constructed new utility walls as well as a partition wall in the waiting area, which was fitted with a glass door and glass panels and then wallpapered. A new OWA ceiling completed the interior design, while all wall and ceiling surfaces were given a fresh coat of paint.

The electrical installation was one of the project’s key focuses. The entire sub-distribution system was inspected in accordance with current VDE standards, all switches and outlets were replaced, and insulation tests were conducted to verify the wiring routes. All components were systematically labeled to ensure maximum operational safety. At the same time, chore upgraded the entire data infrastructure, including professional data cabling, data measurement, and the installation of a modern server infrastructure. A new lighting concept featuring contemporary fixtures creates optimal lighting conditions for neurological examinations.
