The project began with extensive demolition work, during which the specialized fixtures from the previous dental practice were systematically removed. In particular, the dismantling of the dental plumbing and electrical systems required a high degree of expertise: above all, the removal of the water lines, which was carried out with special care, not only to protect the existing structure but also to eliminate any health risks posed by stagnant water or contaminated sections of the piping.

The dental practice’s previous layout was not suitable for the needs of a medical care center. As part of the renovation, the floor plan was therefore completely redesigned: seven treatment rooms, a staff room, a laboratory, a reception area, and a waiting area were created based on a design concept that also takes hygiene requirements into account.

After the demolition, the interior was completely rebuilt. Drywall and interior plastering work laid the foundation for the new room layouts. Tiles were installed in the relevant areas using materials that meet hygiene standards: low-grout installation, disinfectable surfaces, and wall tiles in all wet areas up to the required height.

The entire technical infrastructure was completely renovated during the renovation. New plumbing and electrical systems were designed to meet the needs of the medical care center and completely replace the previous dental-specific equipment. In addition, modern network technology was installed to support the center’s digital infrastructure.
